My Wish List

Arggghhh... I just can't fight myself from window shopping and looking for items that I like. My b-day is coming in many months and I always see to it that I will give myself a treat and have some little shopping. The last gift that i have for myself last Nov. was a Canon Rebel 400d and I am eyeing a new lens for my next bday. I also love to have these items and right now they will go into my wish list.
1. ) I love watches and i can't resist not to put it on my list. I already have silver and gold metal watches so I want to have this FOSSIL leather one this time. This is nice and it goes well when I am wearing jeans or if I am wearing a casual outfit. It has some stones inside and costs around only $75.00 which is good in my pocket.

2.) 28-135mm Canon Lens, which costs around $417 at Amazon .. ahhhh would love to have this !!!!!!!! 3.

Everybody Loves Amazon !

Who on earth doesn't know Amazon.com? I bet they are missing some things in their life if they don't know it hehe. Anyway, they don't just sell books which they are popular about but any items that you would think about. If you want to shop and are looking for toys, electronic gadgets, jewelries, name it you can find it there. You can find a lot of deals and bargains by browsing all their shopping departments. You can also find their best sellers on the site. I can say this is a one-stop shop for us shoppers, we can shop online w/o any hassle and good will be delivered right in front of our doorsteps.

Shopping in the eyes of a 5-year old

I was so thrilled today bec. I was asking my 5-yr old niece Aidel Reign about shopping and I asked her to draw something for me. And look what made for me, a girl with a handbag and a shopping cart , lol. Soooo cute.

I asked her what's inside her cart and she told me it has comb, lipstick, clothes and shoes.. wow what an early age shopper. But for your information, she really loves slippers and shoes, that she often asks her mom to buy her. And every time she sees me put lipstick, she'll ask permission if she can also try it on.. What a kikay hehehe.

Here is her drawing for me, she also love to draw, wish I was like her when I was at her age.

I went shopping in 'SPACE'

My niece Kukay and I went to the mall on Sunday after having mother's day lunch with my family at a nearby mall in our area. I don't know but every weekend I find it very conducive to shop or just stroll the mall. I have been working one whole week so i reckon it is but nice to unwind and relax for a while at the mall. A simple treat to myself will do to cheer me up and keep me going.

We went to all to almost all the shops in Robinson's Galleria hoping to find a nice blouse and a bag for myself, I have not bought any since I came back home. I saw a nice bag but there is no stock anymore, I don't want to get the display so I end up buying no bag. We went inside Bayo, Plains and Prints, Celine, and more but when i got inside the SPACE shop (2f Robisnons galleria) it is there where i found a nice blouse for myself. I fitted it and I liked it although it's not on my budget range..lol.. Oh well at least I bought something for myself that Sunday.

3-day sale at SM Megamall

My niece and I wen to Megamall last Sunday (May 4) o buy my 50 mm lens and we didn't know that Megamall is having a huge 3 day sale from May 2,3,4. The mall is jam packed with shoppers, window shoppers and maybe some shop lifters (lol). It was so hard to move around the mall, it's like Divisoria.

SM and other stalls like Dickies, Adidas and other name brand stores put their products on the middle of the mall to attract more customers (as you can see in the photo). I also end up buying 1 Maybelline lipstic and press powder too.

When there is a sale people are always there and why not when you can get lots of bargains. Did you go there last week?

Camera gadgets that i will purchase soon

Been reading and reading different digital photography forums and websites since yesterday to know what kind of lens will I buy next time and I have come with the decision that i will buy these next time.

These are my next pet project:

1. Canon EFS 55-250mm f4-5.6 IS (Image Stabilizer) (around $300+-)
2. Canon 50 mm f1.8 (around $85+-)
3. UV filter and (around $17+-)
4. lens hood (around $30+-)

Hopefully this year I can be able to get all of them. Can you remember my not satisfied post about my 400dcam? I know now that it's NOT the camera but the kit lens that is not sharp. So i will stick to my Canon Rebel 400d Xti and i will just replace the kit lens. OMG, this is an expensive hobby!!

I think there are cheaper prices at Amazon.com, you can check it out for comparison

Do you care for replicas?

For budget conscious people but still would like to wear and use "branded" products they go for replicas or imitations. I know this is not good since they are imitating branded and copyrighted products from designers all over the world. but if you come to think of it, not all people can afford thousands of $ just to get a pair of LV bags of shoes so many enterprising indivduals make fake ones affordable for the masses. Here in the Phils. you can see lots of ordianry people with Gucci and LV bags of course using replicas.. Do you care for replicas? Me? I buy sometimes bec. that is only i can afford ...lol

My new printer

Are printers really disposable these days? I asked that question because my last printer that I purchased 8 months ago an HP D2460 is already jamming papers frequently and that is soooooo annoying! Most of the printers are light weight now and not for heavy duty printings unlike my Hp deskjet that i used for almost 7 or 8 years eventhough I used refill cartridges on it.

The salesman at Greenhills told me that printers are disposable now a days ever since people used refill inks for their printers (i'm one of those ..lol). Can't blame me I save a lot by doing this. I purchased a new printer HP 910 (i love HP products) yesterday in Greenhills and I will NOT use refill the cartridges anymore on this one. I hope this will last for a longer time.

What about you are you using refill cartridges or inks for your printers?

My new printer HP D910 bought this for Php 4,950 or about US$ 115

Can you shop till you drop?

Hmm that would be an awesome experience if i will be given lotsa lotsa money to spend for a day. Shopping ..shopping.. woman's favorite thing to do, am i right? I once experience goin to the mall in the morning and going home at night already bec. I have been shopping and shopping at the malls, not just one mall but about 3 .. can you do that?

Actually major malls have a midnight sale during that time and there were 50-70% discounts on their items. How can you not be tempted to go shopping when there is a sale like that. I went home with bags full on my hands and when I get home I just throw my shoes off and there was I snoozing..lol

Last shopping day

It's my last week here in OZ land and my sis and I went shopping for the last time at Mac Arthur square. We are actually looking for leather walking shoes of mom but it is really hard to find what she wanted. Anyway we still bought her a black one that is still soft to wear.

Sis JOY also bought nice winter clothes for her kids since some shops has discounts. I told her kids were spoiled but they deserve it anyway. The kids old clothes and toys will be sent to the Philippines anyway so that my other nephews and cousin's children can still use it.

Boxes are on the way

Sis and I finally finished filling the 2 boxes that we will be sending back home in Pinas. Sis got some old stuff too here that she doesn't need anymore but will be in use by my family in the Phils. so we put them in the box. There are also new toys, clothes and bottled spreads(peanut butter, hazelnut spread etc-) for everyone to enjoy.

Actually we packed them a bit late now and for sure it will take about 3 weeks of sea cargo shipping before it will arrive. I will be coming home soon in about 2 weeks time and I know my family back home wanted to see me now and of course all of my pasalubongs that my sis generously bought for them.

So for my family in Pinas watch out for me and the boxes hehe!!

Went out shopping

Hello there guys.. I hope you are all doin fine. My sis and I went out on Thursday. We 1st went to her doctor’s clinic for her follow up ultrasound of her thyroid. It was a pretty quick and just few hours we were able to get the results.

Anyway, it was raining so hard that morning and I almost freeze, lol. We saw a shop that will close out soon so we bought some stuff there. We then went to Target and David Jones store to see what’s on sale. There were lots of clearance sale at Target esp. the summer clothes that they are disposing.

Since winter is coming in no time most of the displays are winter clothes now both for women and men's fashion Just love what they have on display. Sis Joy got some for the kids and she bought me a nice pair of shoes (we had the same but of different color.

Ahhh… I just love shopping and tell me who doesn’t??

Wholesale Clothing

I have experienced selling clothes (small time business only) many years ago but I decided to give it up when my sales did not cover all my expenses. I wish I had a direct contact back then with a supplier who could’ve given me the prices of their goods for a low price so I have the liberty to put the price to make it more competitive in the market.
Anyway, I love shopping and if given a chance I’d consider selling clothes again. While browsing online looking for some nice accessories for my sister I came across a site that offers wholesale clothing. This is a great find especially for those that are thinking of selling clothes, bags, jeans and more as a business bec. they have wholesale of children’s apparel, kids/teens clothing, shoes, bags and more. Merchandize Liquidator not only offers low prices but what is interesting is that they designer or branded clothes (Tommy Hilfiger, Nautica, Kids Headquarters, Ralph Lauren, and more. Buying by bulk will be of savings and more affordable. Their products came mostly from overstocks, liquidation, surplus or closeouts. You can purchase them either by pallets, truckloads and even by lots. I think this is a great way to start a business clothing business especially if you have the capital.
